Egg Curry

Egg curry is a popular dish in India and Sri Lanka. The dish is made with eggs, onions, tomatoes, garlic, ginger, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and salt.

The ingredients are first cooked in a pan with butter or vegetable oil until the onions are soft. The spices are then added and the mixture is simmered for a few minutes until the tomatoes turn mushy. The eggs are then broken into the pan and sautéed until they form small curds. The curry is then served hot with rice or chapati breads on the side.

In a traditional Indian dish, egg curry is made by frying the eggs in a pan and adding spices.

Ingredients:

  1. Heat oil in a pan on medium heat and add mustard seeds, chilies, and curry leaves.
  2. Add chopped onion and fry for 3 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes, salt, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and coriander powder and mix well with onions for 3-4 minutes or until tomatoes are soft.
  4. Add eggs to the mixture and cook for 2-3 minutes or until eggs are done on both sides but still runny in the center.
  5. Add chopped cilantro leaves to garnish before serving them.
